By booking a service through www.mailysray.com, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
The primary service currently offered is:
Mirror – Strategic Messaging Audit
This service includes:
One written strategic messaging audit document delivered as a PDF (approximately 10 pages)
Review of one selected primary communication space (e.g. website, LinkedIn, Instagram, Substack, or newsletter)
Where relevant, references to other communication spaces may occasionally be made to clarify the broader messaging context.
The service also includes:
One 60-minute post-audit Zoom call
One follow-up email, if needed, for clarification related to the written audit or the post-audit call
The written audit is designed to provide strategic reflections, feedback, and recommendations.
The post-audit call is intended to explore the reflections in the written audit, answer clarification questions, and identify the most aligned next steps.
The service does not include live rewriting, implementation, content creation, or ongoing consulting unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. PRICING & PAYMENT
The price of the Mirror – Strategic Messaging Audit is listed on the website at the time of booking.
Payment is required in full at the time of booking via the online payment system.
All prices are listed in EUR.
VAT is not applicable under Article 293B of the French General Tax Code.
4. BOOKING, INTAKE & CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
At the time of booking, clients are asked to select a date for their post-audit Zoom call and complete a short intake form.
The post-audit call must be scheduled at least two weeks after the booking date.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and relevant information through the intake form and any supporting materials they choose to share.
Clients are also responsible for ensuring that Maïlys Ray’s email address (mailys@mailysray.com) is added to their approved senders list, so that any clarification requests sent by email can be received before work begins.
5. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
The post-audit Zoom call may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled session.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled call may result in forfeiture of the session.
If Maïlys Ray needs to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, an alternative appointment will be offered.
6. DELIVERY TIMELINE
For the Mirror – Strategic Messaging Audit, the written audit document will be delivered within 7 business days of booking and payment confirmation.
Clients are expected to have at least one week between receiving the written audit and attending the post-audit call.
Delivery timelines may vary slightly due to exceptional circumstances. If so, you will be informed promptly.
7. REFUND POLICY
Due to the strategic and intellectual nature of the service, refunds are not available once work on the audit has begun.
This includes, but is not limited to, review of the intake form and communication materials, preparation of the written audit, or delivery of the audit document.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All materials, strategic recommendations, and written documents provided as part of the service remain the intellectual property of Maïlys Ray.
Clients are granted a non-transferable license to use the materials for their own business purposes.
The materials may not be reproduced, distributed, or resold without prior written consent.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The service provides strategic reflections, insights, and recommendations only.
No guarantee of specific business results, revenue outcomes, or performance improvements is made.
Clients remain fully responsible for their decisions, actions, and implementation following delivery of the audit.
10. CONFIDENTIALITY
All information shared during the booking process, through the intake form, by email, and during the post-audit call will be treated as confidential unless disclosure is required by law.
11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions are governed by French law.
Any dispute arising in connection with these services shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in France.
