By booking a service through www.mailysray.com, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

The primary service currently offered is:

Mirror – Strategic Messaging Audit

This service includes:

One pre-audit clarification call (via Zoom)

One written strategic messaging audit document

Review of one selected communication space (e.g., website, LinkedIn, Instagram, Substack, or newsletter)

The pre-audit call is intended for clarification and context. Strategic recommendations are delivered in the written audit.

The service also includes 15 business days of asynchronous follow-up support via email or WhatsApp for clarification and integration of the audit insights.

The service does not include live rewriting, implementation, content creation, or ongoing consulting beyond the 15 business day follow-up period unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. PRICING & PAYMENT

The price of the Mirror – Strategic Messaging Audit is listed on the website at the time of booking.

Payment is required in full at the time of booking via the online payment system.

All prices are listed in EUR.

VAT is not applicable under Article 293B of the French General Tax Code.

4. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled call.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may result in forfeiture of the session.

If Maïlys Ray needs to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, an alternative appointment will be offered.

5. DELIVERY TIMELINE

For the Mirror – Strategic Messaging Audit, the written audit document will be delivered within 7 working days following the pre-audit call.

Delivery timelines may vary slightly due to exceptional circumstances. If so, you will be informed promptly.

6. REFUND POLICY

Due to the strategic and intellectual nature of the service, refunds are not available once the pre-audit call has taken place.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials, strategic recommendations, and written documents provided as part of the service remain the intellectual property of Maïlys Ray.

Clients are granted a non-transferable license to use the materials for their own business purposes.

The materials may not be reproduced, distributed, or resold without prior written consent.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The service provides strategic insights and recommendations only.

No guarantee of specific business results, revenue outcomes, or performance improvements is made.

Clients remain fully responsible for decisions, actions, and implementation following the delivery of the audit.

9. CONFIDENTIALITY

All information shared during the booking process and pre-audit call will be treated as confidential unless disclosure is required by law.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by French law.

Any dispute arising in connection with these services shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in France.
